Let S = K[x_1, ...,x_n] be the polynomial ring over a field K in n variables. In this paper we examine monomial S-modules. We put particular attention on monomial modules arising from the graph theory and exactly from the unique minimal graded free S-resolution of the edge ideals I(G) of special simple graphs with n vertices.
