Primary testicular neoplasms are infrequently reported in stallions. Seminomas are most commonly reported, while are considered to be rare in the mule. To the authors there reported 2 cases of bilateral malignant seminomas in descended testes of 2 mules, normally slaughtered. Histologically, the testicular tumors consisted of large neoplastic cells, and round to polygonal with a round hyperchromatic nucleus. Metastases were found in the inguinal and sublumbar lymph nodes. This seems to be the first description of malignant seminoma in mule.
