In this paper we apply a geometrical theory of thermodynamics with vectorial and tensorial internal variables to a non-conventional model of piezoelectric crystals with dislocations, where a dislocation core tensor `a la Maruszewski, its gradient and its flux describe the internal structure of these media. Using the concepts of process and trasformation we derive the relevant structure of the entropy form with the explicit existence conditions and the entropy 1-form.

Abstract
