Analytical results are reported for the determination of inorganic species in water and sediments sampled in Corno torrent and Aso river. The species determined are Al, Sb, As, Ba, Cd, Cr (VI), Cr, Fe, Mn, Hg, Ni, Pb, Cu, Se, Sn, V, Zn. For all the elements, in addition to concentrations and detection limits, precision and accuracy are given. The precision, expressed as relative standard deviation, was in the range 3,0 – 6,0%. The recoveries were in the range 91 – 109%.
