Analisi ambientale iniziale per l’implementazione di un sga in un’ industria di profilati di acciaio

This paper shows the results of the initial environmental analysis in an industry of rolling steel sections, certified UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 and disposed to implement an environmental management system according to UNI EN ISO 14001: 2004. The thorough study of the production cycle in all its joints showed that the implementation of an environmental management system doesn't find particular obstacles with regard to waste management, process water, energy, heating furnace and the rationalization of transport. The issue that remains open and is of major obstacle to the implementation of environmental management system is the technical problem related to noisy systems of some departments, which at present is not yet appropriate solutions
