Current experience and future plans in italian adolescents of secondary schools

This study has explored on current experience, future plans and representations of Self in adolescents. The sample is made up of 490 students of secondary school from different regions of Italy, randomly chosen and equally distributed by gender, school type and education level. Results show that our students have a life planning which is essentially oriented to certainty and professional stability, characterized by the importance assigned to direct and essentially friendly social relationships, the drawback being that it is not very keen on betting on itself and far from social commitment.
