This article offers a reflection on the rights of children and adolescents 30 years after the Declaration of children's Rights. After starting the reflections that have taken place over time and analyzing national and international literature, the article pauses to highlight the rights still to be implemented and others to be identified in a society like ours in which there are still many regional disparities in access to rights since there are still children living in poverty, with poor and far-right North-South health services. After a varied argument, the article concludes by hoping to design educational policies that can take charge of strategies so that every child, no one excluded, can exercise their right of citizenship
