Up to now, different laser sources can induce on cutaneous wounds therapeutic effects based on wavelength emission, tissue depth and absorption. On the whole it is very important to estimate the thermal radiation answer. The Authors supposed that laser source could be utilized in diagnostic field. Actually the study of optical tissue properties pointed out several absorption spectra related to different cellular constituents. So it is possible to have thermal increase on specific treated cuteneous area by the use of laser sources. The Authors supposed that laser induced tissue hyperthermia in some pathologic cutaneous diseases can be evaluated by the telethermographic method that is able to point out thermal difference like 0.2-0.5 degrees centigrade. Different thermographic patterns could contribute to have differentiated cutaneous diagnosis.
