Sustainable development is a particularly process focused on achieving the objectives about environmental improvement, economic, social and institutional environment, both from locally and globally. The development of future city is greatly dependent on energy resources derived by environmental pollution problem. It is necessary also making and implementing a proper energy and environmental approach, able to face and solve the two aspects, at the same time. The current urban development depends both on infrastructure endowment, and on the availability and quality of communications knowledge and social welfare infrastructure, too. In this context, the concept of “intelligent city” was introduced as a strategic tool in order to understand the modern urban factors’ production within a framework high lighting how the growing importance of nformation communications technology (ICT) in the role of cities competitiveness. The Smart City is a new model of city that links together a planned equipment of policies able to make the city itself more sustainable both in terms of energy and environment, oth in urban and socially ones. This search is an analysis of the new urban structure model requiring technological advance regarding the new changes in the climate and sustainable development.
