The paper deals with a geometrical model for semiconductors with impurities, using a nonconventional model based on the extended irreversible thermodynamics with internal variables. We introduce the transformation induced by the process and we derive the dynamical system describing the behavior of the extrinsic semiconductors under consideration. Finally, we obtain the expression of the entropy function.
