Often people think that cyber bullying is a new manner of bullying, very similar to it. It doesn’t mean that cyber bullying doesn’t have several features. We also have to consider that specific instruments of analysis are not so much. Literature pay attention to traditional bullying and leave out cyber bullying. This research want to give a deep description of bullying and cyber bullying behaviors to point out analogies and differences. 1200 subjects took part in the research, people from 14 to 20 years old. Every one received a reviewed version of Shanette Russel questioner. Research data found out that bullying and cyber bullying events are very widespread, even if traditional abuses are more common that cyber abuses. Furthermore, outcomes have a big importance to plan precautionary and intervene measures and for family and schools. Family and school are the bigger figures to grow up adolescents social educated. It means that they have to build up young people with cognitive, social and emotional skills necessary to set up relationship with people and environment. Family and school climate, and also their dynamics, play an important role in developing, avoiding or cutting down the phenomenon.
