Based on participant observation and multi-sited field research carried out in north eastern Switzerland, this chapter describes the ways an Anatolian Alevi migrant recent life experience has intersected with his religious group associational trends and activities in the host country. It argues that without his home country, religion became a point of jincture, regardless major structural changes that had taken place, following diasporic necessity, within the Alevi religious organization.
