The article aims at investigating the conflicts among the migrant farmworkers employed in the agricultural district of the Province of Ragusa. Through an ethnographic description of the main workplaces, namely greenhouses and packinghouses, this contribution highlights how the high level of precariousness, typical of this sector, contributes to the increasing of competition among the migrant workers.
