Abstract
The purpose of this article is to outline a computational version of the embodied paradigm, arguing that the latter does not contradict the former, but rather enriches it. The “brain-body” can be seen as a complex system of sensory information, as it is the physiobiological nature (the one from which we start phylogenetically and ontogenetically) that binds the information to a precise fundamental code, a common protocol between the body and knowledge that anchors the second to the first. The “brain-body” shapes the information, giving it a bodily-sensory format which, in its continuous algorithmic processing of a complex matrix, allows cognitive functions.Pubblicazioni consigliate
