Digital exclusion is perceived as a modern form of poverty, driven by factors such as low income, limited education, and poor access to technological resources, with significant consequences for economic, social, and cultural par ticipation. The lack of digital skills not only deepens existing inequalities but also fuels new forms of social exclusion. Educational and social pol icies play a crucial role in bridging the digital divide, fostering equity and inclusion, particularly among vulnerable groups. The paper em phasizes the importance of promoting the acquisition of digital skills as a key driver for sustainable development, improving access to education, job opportunities, and civic engagement, ultimately contributing to a more equitable and inclusive society
