New Adolescent Behaviors in the School. Process Analysis and Useful Suggestions

The capire aims to analyze a specific case of offensive behavior by students, which culminated in an incident where a teacher was hit by pellets fired from an air gun. Following a brief introduction, the situation is described in detail, highlighting the declared actions and those actually implemented to address the incident. Subsequently, an in-depth analysis of the students' offensive behavior is presented, focusing on the underlying dynamics of offensive and abusive actions. In the final section, various intervention options are explored, emphasizing the limitations of common strategies and the importance of understanding and respecting the defensive function of certain problematic behaviors.
