This work is situated within the framework of Teacher and School Effectiveness Research, focusing on the role of the effective teacher in creating inclusive, stimulating, and innovative learning environments. In increasingly complex and heterogeneous educational contexts, teacher professionalism plays a crucial role in fostering knowledge and transferable skills beyond the school setting.
