Traceability and Rfid: development processes for the agrifood sector.

Object of the present paper is the methodological observation of the tracing quality in the evolution of a firm system . Such a tracing is the result of a process based on the acquisition, the cession and the preservation of information along all the life of a product. It allows to follow, and therefore to trace a product or a service from its creation (production) to its destruction (consumption). The so activated logic of the processes allows an enterprise to reach positive and stable relapses in economical terms. With the advent of new radiofrequency technologies everything was possible and reliable even allowing you to create added value that transforms into a high quality and process safety, cost savings in repetitive tasks, more flexibility to the market and greater satisfaction and confidence of the consumer.
