For the system 124Sn + 64 Ni system at 35 MeV/nucleon studied with the forward part of the CHIMERA detector we investigated multibreak-up process through a comparison with the Constrained Molecular Dynamics approach (CoMD-II). The comparison between experimental data related to almost complete ternary events and calculations suggests different time scales in the reaction in agreement with an independent analysis of the same reaction already published. The existence of more complex dynamical multi-break-up processes occuring in the same time scale is also investigated.
