175 cases of soft tissue tumors of fibro-histiocytic origin were studied utilizing the immunoperoxidase technique to demonstrate alpha-1-antitrypsin, ferritin and lysoyme. The series comprise 127 benign and 55 malignant lesions of the soft tissues. The results are plotted depending on the positivity of each one of the antigens used as markers.
