This work shows the real inspiration place of a Masterpiece of Antonello da Messina: the Crucifixion. The place is located out of the ancient walls of Messina, in a slope of hill in: Camaro Valley. The digital picture we took in the discovered place shows that the nowadays panorama view perfectly matches with the old work in many parts of the depicted landscape. This discovery changes the original assumptions about the original place of that Masterpiece, believed to be in Venice.
