Their composition is therefore not well standardized, due to the complexity and the nature of the samples—different for geographic origin, cultivar, extraction technology, age and freshness of the raw material—hitherto studied. This chapter reports up-to-date information available in literature on the composition of bergamot petitgrain.

Abstract
