Crisi dello Stato nazionale e rappresentanza politica

The political experience concerns the countries of continental Western Europe in the years following the birth of the nineteenth-century liberal State. The analysis is conducted on the theme of the relationship between the constitutional State (in its various versions of nineteenth and twentieth centuries), the expansion of political representation (after the birth of mass society) and globalization (understood as the internationalization of economic phenomena and legal production). The intent is to describe the forms of conditioning of State sovereignty (the crisis of the State), the political representation, and to protect the interests and rights of citizens.
