Abstract
The built heritage, for the policies to improve energy efficiency, requires of maintenance activities to ensure the intelligent interaction with light, heat, air, without affecting the surrounding environment invasively . The proposal of this paper is to interpret the paradigms of contemporary building and translate them into architecture attentive to the logic of sustainability, new and ever-increasing demands of environmental protection, light weight, comfort and energy savings. So the textile facades can get decisive for some aspects strongly connoting (lightness, light permeability, reversibility, adaptability to the site and to the weather conditions, ...) may be useful in the recovery of building construction that are not good because construction characteristics, laws regarding energy efficiency and, for formal, aesthetic needs. Light, translucent, transparent “skin” or controlled screening, shading systems, may represent, together with the use of high performance textile facades, an accessory or even a new "skin" can provide a "change of clothes" for the restyling not only formal architecture.Pubblicazioni consigliate
