Nowadays, we can talk about the Internet of Things (IoT) and Cloud computing union to indicate a new generation of distributed system. An IoT-Cloud system mainly consists of a set of smart objects which are interconnected through the Internet with a remote Cloud infrastructure, platform, or software. It allows to achieve new benefits in several contexts, such as smart cities and industrial businesses. In this paper we propose a context-aware strategy focused on the correct use of the IoT-Cloud services. In particular, a use case driven scenario and a three-step algorithm to define the strategy are presented and discussed. © 2017 IEEE.

Abstract
© 2017 IEEE.Pubblicazioni consigliate
