Cultivars, natural biodiversity, landscapes, environment, goods and food, culture, tradition, craft knowledge, system of informal rules of local community, way of live and building are “territorial capital” and determine localized comparative natural advantages. Analysing two local agri-food chains (the dairy and the wine sector) in the Sardinia Region, we can investigate how the local farmers use this territorial capital and produce new resilient food practices.
