Abstract
The essay highlights some (among many) aspects of the current complex relationship between pluralist democracy and the principle of autonomy in order to solicit further moments of reflection and deepening in this regard. Moving from the paths that characterized the most recent reforms, it seems to emerge that such paths, on the one hand, retain their intrinsic reason for being, on the other, for contingent reasons that can be attributed to the current systemic "imbalances", they are in a condition that may compromise the overall harmony of the system.File in questo prodotto:
