I rivestimenti lapidei “moderni”. La vocazione “informativa” dei nuovi scenari di tutela, dall’H-BIM al Fascicolo del Fabbricato

The revolution of the BIM methodology lies in the informative component attributable to digital entities, more difficult to define for the historical buildings due to the need to resort to documentary sources and instrumental proofs, instead of data sheets or prepackaged" objects. In line with a research about the shell stone facing of the Station of Messina, a stylistic feature recurring in the public buildings of the 30s-40s in many Italian cities, of old or new establishment, large and medium-sized, this study aims at evaluating new perspectives of recovery through H-BIM and Building Dossier, examining the “informative” vocation. Their cooperation will be analyzed pending the exit, scheduled for 2019, of the ninth part of the Italian BIM standard, the UNI 11337, dedicated to the Building Dossier. New channels of data collection and processing will be researched to arrange more adequate Maintenance Plans for cultural heritage.
