The volume describes the main Intellectual Outputs and research activities carried out within the international project ERASMUS KA2 - QUALITI - Didactic QUALity Assessment for Innovation of Teaching and Learning Improvement - Cooperation for Innovation and Exchange of Good Practices KA203 - Strategic Partnerships for Higher Education, coordinated by the University of L'Aquila (IT), which involved five European countries (Italy, Spain, Romania, Lithuania and Poland) and which counted among its partners the Universitat de Barcelona (UB), Vilnius University (LT), University of Valahia (RO), SSW Collegium Balticum (PL), Siuolaikiniu Didaktiku Centras (LT) and ilmiolavoro (IT). The project started from an analysis of the literature and international documents which underline that the growing attention of European Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) to the quality of research has not always been accompanied by the same attention to the quality of teaching outcomes. QUALITI was created to respond to the need to identify ways and means of improving the quality of university teaching and the methodological and pedagogical skills of university teachers through synergetic, systemic and integrated institutional action, operating at three interdependent levels (institutional level, planning/programming level, individual level). In this sense, the aim of the project was to increase the capacity to provide evidence of the quality of academic teaching through integrated data collection and the comprehensiveness of its measurement and recognition, using valid and relevant metrics to improve the comparison of teaching performance between higher education institutions. The aim is to improve the ability of the latter to pursue their institutional objectives of continuous improvement of teaching-learning processes, also through a system of "demonstrable" recognition of the quality of teaching within each university, and to strengthen the pedagogical and methodological-didactic training of university professors.

Abstract
The aim is to improve the ability of the latter to pursue their institutional objectives of continuous improvement of teaching-learning processes, also through a system of "demonstrable" recognition of the quality of teaching within each university, and to strengthen the pedagogical and methodological-didactic training of university professors.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
