This study investigates the flexural performance of sandwich structures with Triply Periodic Minimal Surface (TPMS) cores fabricated using additive manufacturing techniques. The TPMS geometries examined include Gyroid, Schwarz, Diamond, Lidinoid, Split-P, and Neovius, selected for their favorable strength-to-weight ratios, which are critical in lightweight applications such as aerospace, automotive, and civil engineering. To ensure consistent evaluation, 3D-printed samples were produced with a uniform infill percentage, and three-point bending tests were conducted to assess their mechanical behavior under flexural loading. The results demonstrate that the TPMS core geometry significantly influences the structural integrity and overall mechanical performance of the sandwich structures. Specifically, variations in flexural strength and stiffness were observed depending on the TPMS configuration employed.
