A triplet pregnancy in a 13 year old Anglo Arab mare is reported. The mare followed a reproductive management and received natural service. Ultrasonography revealed a multiple ovulation and diagnosed a heterozygotic triplet pregnancy at 16th day. Manual squeezing of the two adjacent embryonal vesicles fixed at the corpus cornual junction, allowed the third vesicle localized at the right horn to go on with development. The birth of a health foal is extremely rare in course of triplet pregnancy.
