The discovery of an atypical congenita} abnormality of the prepuce in a 2 month old mixed breed dog is reported. The prepuce, normal in the cranial portion, presented caudally a large ovoidal opening out of which the glans penis extended. Surgical correction of the lesi o n was carri ed out by drawing the edges together in order to restore the functionality of the penis and to avoid traumatic and phlogistic complications.
