Eleven flavonol glycosides (3-O-glycosides of Kaempferol, Isorhamnetin and Quercetin) has been separated and determined quantitatively by GLC in defferent extracts from Parietaria officinalis L. At the same time the antibroncospastic activity of pure flavonol glycosides have been studied "in vivo" and "in vitro". The aim of this study was to correlate the flavonoids contents in different extracts from P. officinalis with its spasmolytic activity.
