An analytical determination of an archaeoseismic evidence index is proposed for sites, for which, on the basis of quick or exact analysis procedures, seismic and chronological resolution matrices are filled in to define the seismic feature of the observed damage. A significant application to some archaeological sites in Sicily (Italy) is shown.
