Rarely, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy can be associated with ST elevation on electrocardiogram. We report a rare case of anterior hypertrophic cardiomyopathy mimicking an acute myocardial infarction where the diagnosis of myocardial hypertrophy was made by cardiac magnetic resonance.
