The question of hunting in Italy is a very timely topic, because of a change in the law. This new law would give total discretion to the regions on the hunting calendar. In order to deepen the knowledge on the issue, the Authors carry out an analysis of the current law. The study has produced a state of art on the hunting, and has shown how it is not easy prepare legislation to allow to balance the different aspects of the exercise in question involves.
