We continue the analysis of cyclic, complete hypergroups begun in an earlier paper [the authors, Atti Sem. Mat. Fis. Univ. Modena 30 (1981), 44--59; MR0674837 (84a:20073)]. We investigate `cyclicity' in particular and characterize better its role in the theory. We obtain several results which, in particular those regarding the classes of isomorphisms, concern combinatorial aspects.
