In this works, we report some preliminary result of a systematic study performed by means of flow cytometry and specific antibodies, on the effects of the administration of 16,16-dimethyl-prostaglandin E2(di-M-PGE2), a long acting syntetic analog of PGE2, and of CY on murine lymphocytes subsets. Data show the results of a kinetic study on the recovery of spleen lymphocyte subsets, phenotypically identified by Thy1.2 antigen (T cells), Lyt-2 and L3T4 antigens (respectively CD8+ cytotoxic/suppressor and CD4+ helper/inducer T-subsets) and by the presence of surface Ig (B cells).
Modifications in spleen lymphocyte subsets after cyclophosphamide and 16,16-dimethyl prostaglandin E2 administration in mice.

Abstract
In this works, we report some preliminary result of a systematic study performed by means of flow cytometry and specific antibodies, on the effects of the administration of 16,16-dimethyl-prostaglandin E2(di-M-PGE2), a long acting syntetic analog of PGE2, and of CY on murine lymphocytes subsets. Data show the results of a kinetic study on the recovery of spleen lymphocyte subsets, phenotypically identified by Thy1.2 antigen (T cells), Lyt-2 and L3T4 antigens (respectively CD8+ cytotoxic/suppressor and CD4+ helper/inducer T-subsets) and by the presence of surface Ig (B cells).File in questo prodotto:
