La tutela assicurativa della responsabilità professionale: indagine conoscitiva in alcune Aziende sanitarie della Sicilia e della Calabria

The Authors conducted a fact-finding survey among the health operators insome Sicilian and calabrian hospitals, hèreby eitending it to include doctors intraining - in light of D.Lgs. 368/99 - and heilth operatórs in the area of nursing _ inconsideration of law 42|99. The survey was aimed at determining the degree of awareness of the type of insurance coveràge and/ or contracls and pplnlicies (<loss occurrence>>, <<claims made>>) signed by the respective services, as well as about the protection supplied to health operators by the same insurance contracts.
