La rilevanza delle linee-guida nel giudizio di colpa professionale del medico veterinario alla luce della legge 189/2012

The relevance of the guidelines in the professional responsibility of the veterinarian in the light of the law 189/2012. The authors analyze the role and implications resulting from the application or otherwise of the guidelines in veterinary practice in the light of the recent Decree Balduzzi. In veterinary medicine various guidelines developed in order to improve clinical practice are available, although the quality of evidence supporting the recommendations is not always based on criteria validated at international level, ensuring their methodological adequacy. They - whilst this is a valid upgrade support - have their limitations that do not relieve the health carers that apply them from their responsibilities.
