In a previous paper [1] the authors compute the probability that a random rectangle r of constant sides l, m intersects a side of the lattice with the foundamental cell is a rectangle with sides a, b and with six obstacles. In this paper we consider the same foundamental cell but with eight obstacles. In particular when the rectangle r becomes a segment of length l, (m = 0) we obtain the Laplace probability.

Abstract
