Post extractive dental implant surgery is a technique characterized by several advantages like placing the implant during the same moment of the extraction, so reducing the time of the surgery and consequently all the prosthetic procedure; however some limitations still remain during this procedure. The disadvantages are represented by the unpredictable results of the healing of the extraction socket, its bone resorption and the dental implant inclination even using a prosthetic guide. Aim of this study is to present a predictable technique for having better aesthetic and functional results during the dental implant positioning.

Abstract
Post extractive dental implant surgery is a technique characterized by several advantages like placing the implant during the same moment of the extraction, so reducing the time of the surgery and consequently all the prosthetic procedure; however some limitations still remain during this procedure. The disadvantages are represented by the unpredictable results of the healing of the extraction socket, its bone resorption and the dental implant inclination even using a prosthetic guide. Aim of this study is to present a predictable technique for having better aesthetic and functional results during the dental implant positioning.File in questo prodotto:
