Conclusions Bothtimetorisefrom thefloorandbaseline6MWTwererelevantforpredicting6MWT changesinthegroupabovetheageof7years,withnointeractionbetweenthetwomeasures,astheimpactoftimetorisefromtheflooron6MWTchangewassimilarinthe patientsbelowandabove350m.Our resultssuggestthat,timetorisefrom thefloorcanbe consideredanadditionalimportantprognosticfactorof12monthchangesonthe6MWT and,moregenerally, ofdiseaseprogression.
