A clinical case of Mondor's syndrome is reported and some observations about this rare benign pathology of the breast are made. A correct differential diagnosis with neoblastic lymphagitis by breast cancer is needed in order to start a right pharmacological treatment of this disease and avoid post-phlebitis complications.
