Abstract

It seems that there is no way out for the crisis of Humanities. Big social changes, such as the diffusion of new way of communication, the decline of reading and the predominance of an economic thought, have outclassed the models of traditional culture. Moreover, scholar' attitudes towards hyper-specialization, the absence of care for intellectual needs of society and their incapability to discern relevant thigs from irrelevant ones, are isolating us from real society.
