This sector of nancial negotiations is, in fact, constantly expanding and, without any inter- ruption, shows the performer with a dynamic vocation of globalization. The focus of the investigation is to incorporating itself – beyond civil law pro le – the great theme of the forms of regulation in this sensitive area of discipline.
