La conoscenza tacita degli operatori sprar: quando i problemi generano saperi

Questo contributo nasce dalle riflessioni realizzate a conclusione di una ricerca sul campo condotta in alcuni progetti di seconda accoglienza dei rifugiati nel sud d'Italia. A partire dalle considerazioni emerse nelle interviste in profondità, nei focus group e nell'osservazione diretta del lavoro svolto in alcuni sprar; nonché grazie al contatto frequente con i "social worker" si è iniziato a riflettere sui saperi taciti che emergono dai problemi che quotidianamente gli operatori sociali affrontano nella relazione di aiuto che instaurano con i beneficiari. Da queste considerazioni prende avvio un'ulteriore domanda di ricerca che si focalizza sull'importanza e il senso che ha il sapere inespresso nel lavoro sociale e nella pratica professionale. [Altro abstract in inglese: This contribution arises from the reflections carried out at the end of a field research conducted in some refugee reception projects in southern Italy. Starting from the considerations emerged in the in-depth interviews, in the focus groups and in the direct observation of the work done in some sprar projects; as well as thanks to frequent contacts with ‘social workers’, we began to reflect on the tacit knowledge that emerges from the problems that the daily social workers face in the aid relationship established with the beneficiaries.
