According to Aldo Moro, the State always represents a means capable of achieving better coexistence between individuals. The human person is not subject to the interests of the State or even to the wishes of his oppressive bureaucracy. Moro was undoubtedly a Statesman, but for him the State had only to take care of the individual and the community. Based on these reflections, he always attributed more value to each human person rather than to the State.
