The effects of CD34 mobilization with chemotherapy and G-CSF administration were evaluated in 13 HIV-positive patients with relapsed lymphomas and low CD4 counts. After mobilization, CD4+ cells increased significantly while HIV-RNA and integrated HIV-DNA showed no increases.
