The European Union attaches great importance to the knowledge and methodologies of the digital sciences to address the complex educational challenges of the future. The social sciences are considered an indispensable body of knowledge to guide the transformation of learning environments triggered by the profound mediatization of culture and everyday life. This paper describes the theoretical and organizational process jointly developed by the research groups of the project partners—within the project “TESEO – Arianna’s Strands in the Digital Age”—for the implementation of a toolkit, which is an educational platform offering technological tools for non-formal education.

Abstract
